Although we have been living here since April and the Farmhouse has been empty for 3 months now, poor house! as the new owners suggested they wanted to be in for May, so we rushed out. Now the old house is lonely and empty , cottages don't like being empty and the insurance on an empty house is astronomical!.. But happy days today as the kitchen in the Mill is finally finished. I can now cook in peace, only the electrician to finish outside now and odds and ends of stuff. We need to do other things but can't until we complete on the farmhouse. I just hope we complete before the tax bill in July or the tax man might be moving in next door, now that wouldn't be good!!
